Terms and Conditions of promotion „Gift”
Promotion is organized by internet shop MyAsia.pl owned by company My Asia A&K Beauty Krzysztof Chwesiuk located in Bielsko-Biala 43-309, street Bystrzanska 70, Poland, recognized as owner in following text.
1. Time of promotion
1.1 Promotion is time limited and starts on 2012-09-24 and finishes on 24-10-2012
2. Terms and conditions of the promotion
2.1 In promotion “Gift” each client buying in MyAsia.pl Internet shop stock on amount of 50 PLN or above this amount will be given a free gift
2.2 The amount of 50 PLN or above this amount refers to bought items only. Cost of shipping does not contribute in amount from point 2.1 and it is considered as a separate cost
3. Participation in promotion
3.1 Each client of Internet shop MyAsia.pl can participate in promotion “Gift”. Each client is requested to read and accept Terms and Conditions of promotion “Gift”
3.2 Each participant of promotion “Gift” allows his personal data to be processed by owner of Internet shop MyAsia.pl as in accordance to Polish law. Customer personal data will be processed only in subject of promotion “Gift” and completion of issued order.
3.3 To participate in promotion “Gift” client has to buy a stock of total amount of 50 PLN or above that amount in Internet shop MyAsia.pl
3.4 Companies cannot participate in promotion “Gift” organized by Internet shop MyAsia.pl
4. Final regulations
4.1) All personal data provided by Buyer will be processed by company My Asia A&K Beauty Krzysztof Chwesiuk, ul. Bystrzanska 70, 43-309 Bielsko-Biala, Poland. Personal data provided by Buyer will be used only in subject of processing the order performed by Buyer and in subject of promotion in Internet shop MyAsia.pl
4.2) Internet shop MyAsia.pl permits Buyer to access his personal data as in accordance to act from 29.08.1997 in subject of personal data protection (tj.Dz.U. 2002 Nr 101 poz. 926 ze zm.) (Polish Law) and allows Buyer to check and correct his personal data and also gives the right to Buyer to submit an written request, as in accordance to mentioned act, to stop further processing of Buyers personal data by Internet shop MyAsia.pl
4.3) Submission of personal data is voluntary
4.4) Any correspondence regarding promotion “Gift” Buyer should address to: My Asia A&K Beauty Krzysztof Chwesiuk, ul. Bystrzanska 70, 43-309 Bielsko-Biala, Poland, with annotation „Promotion Gift”.
4.5) Terms and Conditions of promotion "Gift" in Internet shop MyAsia.pl were translated to English language from Polish version of Terms and Conditions of promotion "Gift". In case of dispute in court Polish language version of Terms and Conditions of promotion "Gift" is valid and in force only.
4.6) Promotion can be prolonged or terminated at any time without providing a reason
